TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By purchasing a sponsorship package, you authorize Emily Grace and Fool Films LLC to charge your credit card or chosen payment method in accordance with the payment schedule outlined at checkout. Payment is due in full unless a pre-approved payment plan is agreed upon. Failed payments may result in forfeiture of your sponsorship placement and benefits.

REFUND POLICY
All payments for sponsorship packages are non-refundable. Sponsorships are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. In the unlikely event that the summit is canceled or significantly rescheduled, Fool Films LLC reserves the right to issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any content, recordings, methods, logos, branding materials, or other materials provided as part of the sponsorship.

Fool Films LLC makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your results, earnings, client acquisition, or lead generation as a sponsor of the AI For Her Summit. Participation in this sponsorship opportunity is at your sole risk.
Testimonials or endorsements presented on our platforms reflect individual experiences and may not be typical or replicable. Fool Films LLC shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your sponsorship, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fool Films LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your sponsorship, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

DELIVERY OF SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS
Fool Films LLC agrees to deliver the sponsorship benefits as outlined in the package purchased. These benefits include, but are not limited to, promotional visibility, brand placement, and agreed-upon integrations during the event.
All sponsorship deliverables will be fulfilled in alignment with the timeline and scope specified at the time of purchase. Fool Films LLC will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all agreed promotional activities are completed as described.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery of benefits (e.g., technical issues, force majeure), Fool Films LLC will communicate promptly with the sponsor and make reasonable adjustments to address the situation.
Sponsors are responsible for providing any required materials (e.g., logos, links, ad copy) by the deadlines provided. Failure to provide materials on time may impact the delivery of benefits, for which Fool Films LLC is not responsible.
